Return & Refund Policy:
apt power systems guarantee the delivery of the products sold through its website within a maximum of 4 Working days. Before we deliver every product from our godown, the product is checked for quality. And deliver the product after making sure the product is completely free of defects. So we ensure that all the products reach your Home/Office/Industry is functional and free of defects.
After this, if for any reason there is a manufacturing fault in the product or the product does not work after receiving the product, there is an option to exchange the product or cancel the order. However, in case of exchanging the product or canceling the order, the respected customer must inform Apt Power Systems within 24 hours. Otherwise the order to exchange the product or cancel the order will not be accepted.
In case of complaints, you must accept the product in front of the delivery man at the time of delivery or you must record the unboxing video. Product missing in the package, product broken in the courier, or a product different is not acceptable without recording unboxing video so it is requested to record the product unboxing video to prevent misunderstanding. The free of defects product will not be eligible for return or exchange after unboxing. All products are covered by warranty for a specified period which is effective from the date of receipt of the product.
Our flexible return policy ensures customers have a pleasant shopping experience. Customers can cancel their order at any time before delivery.
Customers can return product or exchange the product within 24 hours of receiving the shipment under the following conditions:
- The packaging must not be opened, and the stickers must not be opened. The marking may not be removed.
- Customers must bring the product to the office address of apt power systems, and we will verify that the product has been properly returned. In this case, the cost of bringing the product will be borne by the customer. The product will be returned to the mentioned address: 173/3 Arambagh, Motijheel, Dhaka-1000.

- If the product is intact, the return process will be initiated.
- Payment will be refunded within 10 days from the date of product return.
***Product does not work properly from the beginning***
If the product does not work from the beginning. In that case, Customers will report to apt power systems within 24 hours of delivery. And we will negotiate with the esteemed customer to replace the new products. If the customer agrees to this, we will replace the product with a new one.
Otherwise, if the customer does not agree with us, the customer will return the product to us and we will refund the payment to the customer within 7 days. The order shall be deemed cancelled.
Note that if the customer does not report within 24 hours that the product is not working and does not return the product within 72 days, the product will lose its eligibility for return. Then this case will fall under the warranty program.
***If a product needs to be returned, it must be couriered to our office address along with all the papers, boxes, accessories, warranty cards, stickers, labels, etc. provided with it or sent by yourself or someone else. In this case, you have to pay the courier charge in advance.***
***Product does not work properly after 3 days of delivery***
If the product does not work properly after 3 days of delivery, the customer should make a warranty claim to the apt power system. Then this case is recovered by the warranty program. Please see our service warranty policy below:
Services: We always provide service guarantees for our Power product systems. The product warranty period is stated in each product description.
- After Sales Service Guarantee: Our service team will go and provide service directly in case of product defect within the Dhaka district.
- Out of Dhaka District, we will definitely provide service, whether or not your product has a service warranty. In that case, the esteemed customer must send the defective product to our service center through courier service. Otherwise, we can cooperate with the esteemed customer subject to discussion by sending our service team.

If you find any problem by checking the product as soon as possible after receiving the delivery, please email us, but for small problems or how to operate a product, you can get help by calling or messaging on WhatsApp.
Refund Policy: Payment refunds are given if the product of the paid order is not in stock or if a product is returned due to a problem or if a product is out of stock and the product is unlikely to be in stock in the shortest possible time.
In case of product return, the payment refund will be decided after checking whether the product is resalable or not.

অ্যাপ্ট পাওয়ার সিস্টেমস সর্বোচ্চ 4 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে তার ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে বিক্রি হওয়া পণ্য সরবরাহের গ্যারান্টি দেয়। আমরা আমাদের গোডাউন থেকে প্রতিটি পণ্য সরবরাহ করার আগে, পণ্যের গুণমান পরীক্ষা করা হয়। এবং পণ্যটি সম্পূর্ণরূপে ত্রুটিমুক্ত কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করার পরে পণ্য সরবরাহ করে থাকি । তাই আমরা নিশ্চিত করি যে আপনার বাড়ি/অফিস/ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে পৌঁছানো সমস্ত পণ্য কার্যকরী এবং ত্রুটিমুক্ত।
এর পরে, যদি কোনও কারণে পণ্যটিতে কোনও উত্পাদন ত্রুটি থাকে বা পণ্যটি পাওয়ার পরে পণ্যটি কাজ না করে তবে পণ্যটি বিনিময় বা অর্ডার বাতিল করার বসুযোগ রয়েছে। তবে পণ্যটি বিনিময় বা অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষেত্রে সম্মানিত কাস্টমার অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অ্যাপ্ট পাওয়ার সিস্টেমস এ অবহিত করতে হবে। অন্যথায় পণ্যটি বিনিময় বা অর্ডার বাতিল করার আদেশ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
অভিযোগের ক্ষেত্রে, আপনাকে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারির সময় ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্যটি বুঝে নিন অথবা আপনাকে অবশ্যই আনবক্সিং ভিডিও রেকর্ড করতে হবে। আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ ছাড়া প্যাকেজে প্রোডাক্ট মিসিং, প্রোডাক্ট কুরিয়ারে ভেঙ্গেছে বা প্রোডাক্ট ডিফারেন্ট এই ধরনের ইস্যু গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়- তাই ভুল বুঝাবুঝি রোধ কল্পে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ধারণ করার অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে। ক্রটিমুক্ত পণ্যটি, আনবক্সিং করার পর পণ্যটি ফেরত দেবার অথবা পরিবর্তন করার যোগ্যতা হারাবে। সব প্রোডাক্ট এর ক্ষেত্রেই উল্লেখিত বিভিন্ন মেয়াদের ওয়ারেন্টি যা প্রোডাক্ট রিসিভ করার দিন থেকে কার্যকর হয়।
আমাদের নমনীয় রিটার্ন নীতি গ্রাহকদের একটি আনন্দদায়ক কেনাকাটার অভিজ্ঞতা নিশ্চিত করে। ডেলিভারির আগে গ্রাহকরা যেকোনো সময় তাদের অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারেন।
গ্রাহকরা নিম্নলিখিত শর্তে চালান প্রাপ্তির 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে পণ্যটি বিনিময় বা পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারেন:
১) প্যাকেজিং খোলা যাবে না, এবং স্টিকার খোলা যাবে না। চিহ্ন অপসারণ করা যাবে না.
২) গ্রাহকদের পণ্যটি অপ্ট পাওয়ার সিস্টেমস এর অফিসের ঠিকানায় আনতে হবে,এবং আমার প্রোডাক্টটি যাচাই করবো যে প্রোডাক্টটি ঠিক মতো ফেরত দেয়া হয়েছে কিনা। এই ক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্টটি আনার যাবতীয় খরচ কোস্টমার বহন করবে।
উলেখিত এড্ড্রেসে প্রোডাক্টটি ফেরত আন্তে হবে : ১৭৩/৩ আরামবাগ, মতিঝিল, ঢাকা-১০০০।
৩) পণ্য ফেরত দিতে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন- 01৬৮২৮৪৬৭৮৫ বা

৪) পণ্য অক্ষত থাকলে, ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে।
৫) পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার তারিখ থেকে 10 দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

যদি পণ্যটি শুরু থেকে কাজ না করে। সেই ক্ষেত্রে, গ্রাহকরা ডেলিভারির 24 ঘন্টার মধ্যে অ্যাপ্ট পাওয়ার সিস্টেমে রিপোর্ট করবেন। এবং আমরা নতুন পণ্য প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য সম্মানিত গ্রাহকের সাথে আলোচনা করব। যদি গ্রাহক এটিতে সম্মত হন, আমরা একটি নতুন পণ্য দিয়ে প্রতিস্থাপন করব।
অন্যথায় কাস্টমার যদি আমাদের সাথে একমত না হন তাহলে কাস্টমার প্রোডাক্টটি আমাদেরকে ফিরিয়ে দিবেন , এবং গ্রাহক কে 7 দিনের মধ্যে পেমেন্ট ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। এবং আদেশটি বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
এখানে উল্লেখ যে , যদি কাস্টমার ২৪ঘন্টার মধ্যে রিপোর্ট না করেন যে প্রুডাক্টটি কাজ করছে না এবং প্রোডাক্টটি ৭২ গণতার মধ্যে ফেরত না দেন সেক্ষত্রে প্রোডাক্টটি ফেরত দেবার যোগ্যতা হারাবে। তখন এই কেস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রোগ্রামের মধ্যে পড়বে। এই মামলা ওয়ারেন্টি প্রোগ্রাম দ্বারা পুনরুদ্ধার করা হবে.
***যদি কোনো পণ্য ফেরত দিতে হয়, তাহলে সেটির সাথে প্রদত্ত সমস্ত কাগজপত্র, বাক্স, আনুষাঙ্গিক, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, স্টিকার, লেবেল ইত্যাদি সহ আমাদের অফিসের ঠিকানায় কুরিয়ার করতে হবে অথবা নিজের বা অন্য কারো দ্বারা পাঠানো হবে। এই ক্ষেত্রে, আপনাকে কুরিয়ার চার্জ অগ্রিম দিতে হবে।***
*****পণ্য ডেলিভারির 3 দিন পরে সঠিকভাবে কাজ করে না*****
ডেলিভারির 3 দিন পর পণ্যটি সঠিকভাবে কাজ না করলে গ্রাহক অ্যাপ্ট পাওয়ার সিস্টেমে ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করা উচিত হবে | তারপর এই মামলা ওয়ারেন্টি প্রোগ্রাম দ্বারা পুনরুদ্ধার করা হবে. দয়া করে নীচে আমাদের পরিষেবা ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি দেখুন:
পরিষেবা ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি: আমরা সবসময় আমাদের পাওয়ার প্রোডাক্ট সিস্টেমের জন্য পরিষেবা গ্যারান্টি প্রদান করি। পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কাল প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখ করা হয়।
১.) বিক্রয়োত্তর পরিষেবা গ্যারান্টি: ঢাকা জেলার মধ্যে পণ্যের ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের পরিষেবা দল সরাসরি গিয়ে পরিষেবা সরবরাহ করবে।
২.) ঢাকা জেলার বাইরে, আপনার পণ্যের পরিষেবার ওয়ারেন্টি থাকুক বা না থাকুক, আমরা অবশ্যই পরিষেবা প্রদান করব। সেক্ষেত্রে, সম্মানিত গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যটি কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে আমাদের পরিষেবা কেন্দ্রে পাঠাতে হবে। অন্যথায়, আমরা আমাদের পরিষেবা দল পাঠিয়ে আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে সম্মানিত গ্রাহকের সাথে সহযোগিতা করতে পারি।
৩.) আমরা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য মেরামত করেএবং 24 থেকে 72 ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সম্মানিত গ্রাহকের কাছে ফেরত দেওয়ার প্রতিশ্রুতি দিচ্ছি। এই বিষয়ে আরও তথ্যের জন্য কল করুন: ০১৬৮২৮৪৬৭৮৫ ।
4.) প্রতিটি পণ্যের বর্ণনায় উল্লিখিত হবে, পণ্যের বৈচিত্র্য এবং মূল্যের তারতম্যের কারণে বিক্রয়োত্তর পরিষেবা কী হবে?
প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি পাবার পর দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে চেক করে যদি কোন প্রবলেম দেখতে পান তাহলে অবশ্যই আমাদের কাছে ইমেইল করুন, তবে ছোট সমস্যার জন্য বা কোন প্রোডাক্ট অপারেট কিভাবে করতে হবে এটা নিয়ে কল করে বা হোয়াটস্যাপ এ ম্যাসেজ করে হেল্প নিতে পারেন।
রিফান্ড পলিসিঃ
পেইড অর্ডারের পণ্যটি স্টকে না থাকলে বা কোনো সমস্যার কারণে কোনো পণ্য ফেরত দিলে বা কোনো পণ্য স্টকের বাইরে থাকলে এবং পণ্যটির স্বল্পতম সময়ে স্টকে আসার সম্ভাবনা না থাকলে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হয়।
পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে, পণ্যটি পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য কিনা তা যাচাই করার পরে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়া হবে।

ডেবিট বা ক্রেডিট কার্ড পেমেন্ট রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে, আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট এ অর্থপ্রদানের জন্য স্টেটমেন্টে যেতে ৭ থেকে ১0 কার্যদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে। যদি এটি এই সময়ের মধ্যে বিবৃতিতে না দেখায়, অনুগ্রহ করে আপনার কার্ড প্রদানকারী ব্যাঙ্কের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন বা অর্ডার নম্বর উল্লেখ করে আমাদের aptpowersbd@gmail.com এ ইমেল করুন।
রিফান্ড চার্জঃ রিফান্ডের জন্য কোন চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবেনা। অর্থাৎ আপনি যে পেমেন্ট করবেন সেই পেমেন্টই রিফান্ড করা হবে।
